Breakfast in The Point: Curbside Grill

There are a few reasons to visit Curbside Grill. One is that while many breakfast spots serve a bottomless coffee, Curbside has good coffee. A second is that they’re on Ottawa Street close to the market. The third is the The Breakfast Club.

I like a breakfast sandwich. I’m that guy constructing a sandwich at the table wondering if it’s socially acceptable. To get one served up as a club–served with bacon, egg, tomato, lettuce, cheddar and mayo is especially nice. It’s not all clubs, though. Curbside serves a full breakfast menu from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekends. Besides the club I like the Curbside which is the traditional restaurant breakfast and The Classic eggs benny as an occasional treat.

Besides breakfast, Curbside has some of the best pub food around without being a pub, although they do serve beer and wine. Service is professional and Randy, the owner, may be pouring your coffee.  The restaurant is located at  224 Ottawa Street North, right next door to Limoncello’s. They’re menu is online at their website.
