Stinson event to be highlighted in TVO doc

A lighted path along the escarpment and cellists under an overpass will appear in a TVO documentary series, The Life-Sized City, as reported by the Hamilton Spectator.

Fireflies in the forest was originally planned as an urban intervention as part of 100In1day but was postponed due to weather. The organizers, Stinson Community Association and Surprise Hamilton, moved the event to August. The intervention involves lighting the multiuse path at the bottom of the escarpment between Wentworh and Corktown as well as a concert under the Claremont overpass by celebrated local artists, versaCello

The path was crowded with all ages who came to experience the lit path and soulful music during a warm August evening. According to The Spec, the episode will be aired next year.
